Your First Visit
After you’re greeted by our friendly, professional front desk team, you’ll receive some paperwork that you’ll need to complete before the actual appointment. Once everything is ready, you’ll be called to the treatment area, which is where you’ll meet Dr. Young as well as our skilled hygienists. At this point, you can voice any concerns you have about your dental health, and your teeth will be thoroughly examined and cleaned; we’ll then create a personalized treatment plan for you depending on what was found.
We want to help you make the best use of your time at our dental office. That’s why, instead of spending 15 minutes in the waiting room filling out forms, we are giving you the opportunity to complete the necessary paperwork on your own time so that you can simply hand it to us when you come to our dental office. We will send you a welcome letter with all necessary forms or you can use the link below to download the appropriate forms and print them out so that you can complete them. This simple step will allow you to get started much more quickly during your visit.
